THE WASHING OF THE PLATES
Sunday, January 18th, 2009I have not washed plates for a week. I told my little now curly sister that she should have mercy on me for the duration of the whole midterm exams. And, since she just took her board exam, mercifully she granted me the favor so that I’ll have more time to study…supposedly.
However, because of the weather this past few days, the cool wind has been successfull in its constant invitation for me to slumberland. Hence, when my first exam knocked on my brain’s door, it caught me barely equipped. It’s too late for “I should haves” or “if only” now. Move on. One down and six more to go. So remember, no one can stop you, not even the cool wind from doing what you have to.=)
The moral lesson: WASH THOSE PLATES! (according to my mom…hehe)
